We never ask for or store your AWS account credentials (username, password, access key, or secret key) in any form.
Information you provide is used solely to: (a) draft AWS Support justification documents on your behalf, (b) communicate regarding your case status, and (c) improve our service quality. We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.
Consultation data is kept as needed during the submission process and for a reasonable period afterward for after-service reference. We apply reasonable measures to protect your data's confidentiality in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP).
